  • When registering in HOLAPLACE as a user (guest): we require your name and surname, date of birth, identity document (or equivalent), mobile number and email (these data are essential to create your account).
  • Third party: no We receive personal data about you and your activity from third parties. Nor do we give them to anyone.
  • We also collect data from companies that collaborate with our store. In this regard, we are only required to account under the current law in this Privacy Policy, of those professionals who collaborate with HOLAPLACE as a natural person (self-employed): the data that is collected is: we require your name and surnames , date of birth, identity document (or equivalent), mobile number, email and bank account.

  • Partially public data. There is no data that, additionally, the visitor can know about the hosts and/or guests by the mere fact of registering on the platform, not even by making a booking.
    Data hidden from other users and visitors. In no case can website visitors or validly registered users access the following information:
    • DNI or equivalent document of users.
    • Date of birth of users.< /li>
    • Users date of birth.


    This information is kept by HOLAPLACE for the purposes of the activity.

    Users (in in the event that they are hosts) they have the option of providing additional personal information: language, personal description, avatar image, data related to their terrace (title, maximum capacity, location, city/neighbourhood/country), description of the space, price of the terrace, other payments (cleaning fee and deposit), terrace hours, rules of use, surface area of ​​the terrace, additional services of the terrace (WiFi or TV) and audiovisual material of the same.

Only, by virtue of compliance with current legislation, we are authorized to provide personal data, when in good faith, we believe it is convenient to do so, in order to comply with any contractual obligation or because the aforementioned information has been required by judicial authority or competent administrative authority.
