Is my pool worth the same as a normal terrace?
We are professionals in pools and we know what a gift it is to have one. Selecting the feature “pool” in your listing will raise the recommended price per hour.
What photos of my space do I upload?
This is the most important part of the ad - think about it as the decision maker for a potential guest. You should put at least 6 horizontal photographs. To make the best impression, your space should be tidy, and bright. Make sure you include the things that make your space stand out
What is HolaPlace’s commission?
HolaPlace's commission is 19% + VAT on the total amount of the booking. We only take this commission if you have a booking. We use this 19% to cover the costs of the website and to improve the service.
Do guests have to pass through my house to go to the restroom?
The restroom should be made available to the guests regardless of the need to pass through the host's living space
Is it legale and taxable to rent my pool, terrace, and/or space?
In Spain there is no law that prohibits the rental of terraces and/or space between individuals. We continuously strive to stay up to date with current law and we continue to comply with the regulations of the cities we operate in. What you earn with HolaPlace is 100% taxable, although please consult an authorized accounting service for accurate information and necessary legal steps
Can I request my data to be permanently deleted from the company records?
Yes, the procedure to do that is to send an email to reservas@holaplace.com and ask for such deletion of private information.
