Absolutely, all spaces in any part of the country are welcome on HolaPlace, even if it is 2 hours outside of the city. Location is not important to us. What is important is that you be an amazing host.

In Spain there is no law that prohibits renting terraces and/or spaces among individuals. In order to not infringe on any law, we are focused day to day on keeping up with the norms and regulations of cities. We do not advise that hosts accept events at night. What you earn with HolaPlace is 100% taxable.
Your accountant will be able to give you more detailed information of how to manage this.

No, it is not necessary that you be the owner. Unless your lease indicates otherwise, you can use your space in the best way possible. However, we recommend that you speak with your landlord and receive their approval.

If all neighbors are in agreement, we will not stop you from listing your terrace on HolaPlace. Remember that there must be one person responsible for the listing and the management of bookings.

If you are a host who has pets, we recommend mentioning it in the description of your listing. This way, those who are allergic will be able to take the appropriate steps.

Whether it is an open air space or an indoors one, you must have at least one table, 4 chairs, and a restroom. The rest of the features are considered extras that will determine the value of you space and help attract users to your listing.
