About this space
El apartamento es un amplio espacio de 160 metros cuadrados con hall de entrada. Cocina equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y útiles de cocina necesarios. Lavadero donde se guardan las tumbonas de la piscina, la lavadora y la zona de tender la ropa. Amplio Salón-comedor de 50 metros cuadrados con acceso a las dos terrazas a través de grandes ventanales. Un dormitorio que se accede desde el hall con dos camas de 90cm con baño en suite y terraza con vistas al mar. Un segundo dormitorio, algo más pequeño que el anterior, que se accede desde el salón con dos camas de 90cm. Y un tercer dormitorio, este el más grande, que se accede desde el salón con cama de 150cm, baño en suite, vestidor y acceso a una de las terrazas. El agua caliente es comunitaria por lo que está siempre disponible. Hay aire acondicionado en todo el apartamento. Se incluye una plaza de aparcamiento en el sótano del edificio. Desde las zonas comunes donde se encuentran los jardines y la piscina se accede a unas escaleras que bajan a la playa. La piscina está abierta del 15 de junio al 15 de septiembre.
