Espacio polivalente y versátil de estética industrial Es un espacio polivalente de coworking y eventos en el barrio de Delicias. Un espacio de 400 metros cuadrados que se ofrece para organizar todo tipo de rodaje, producción audiovisual o sesión fotográfica. En su origen fue un antiguo almacén industrial que ha tratado de mantener su estética y diseño industrial. El espacio dispone de diversas áreas de gran versatilidad y que permiten la adaptación a diferentes usos. Entre los espacios cuenta con 3 salas de reuniones, cocina, zonas chill, una sala de eventos, coloridos baños y duchas, mobiliario de trabajo y una decoración de plantas y colores agradables en contraste con el hormigón. El equipamiento se completa con sistema audiovisual y de iluminación para celebrar todo tipo de eventos. La sala para eventos tiene casi 100 metros cuadrados disponibles, permitiendo un espacio diáfano gracias al sistema levadizo de mesas plegables, que facilitan una transformación fluida de espacio de trabajo durante el día a espacio para eventos. Con predominio de la luz natural, esta sala cuenta con cortinas que permiten mayor intimidad así como puertas plegables a la calle para eventos y rodajes que requieran de amplitud y apertura.
