La zona de jardín donde están la barbacoa y la piscina tiene una superficie aproximada de 200m2, y tiene focos para iluminar por la noche si es necesario. Esta zona se encuentra situada en la parte trasera de la casa por lo que se tiene una privacidad absoluta al no ser visible desde la calle. Además tiene unas vistas muy bonitas a la Sierra de Guadarrama. La piscina tiene sol desde por la mañana hasta última hora de la tarde, por lo que es ideal para hacer barbacoas con amigos o celebraciones familiares. En el jardín hay un garaje cubierto disponible que cuenta con una nevera con congelador y una pila con agua potable. Además hay un espacio de trabajo en el que se puede emplatar comida y preparar aperitivos.
