Dispone de cocina completamente equipada (nevera, horno, tostadora, hervidor, cafetera y cubiteras) para preparar aperitivos y cócteles, un aseo y aparcamiento gratuito. Tiene capacidad ideal para 30 a 35 personas y admite hasta 45 invitados. Es un espacio ideal para cumpleaños, comidas familiares, barbacoas y días de piscina con amigos, así como para rodajes y sesiones de fotos.
