El apartamento se sitúa en uno de los rincones con más personalidad de Tetuan (Cuatro Caminos). El espacio es un ático, una cuarta planta de un edificio histórico del año 1919 y cuya fachada está protegida por su valor histórico. A la hora de abordar el interiorismo y decoración nos encontramos con una estética industrial y muy personal donde destacan los materiales naturales (ladrillo, piedra y suelo natural). Destacar que tanto las vigas, los ladrillos y otros materiales son originales de 1919. Los espacios están cuidadosamente diseñados y cuidados para darles un diseño industrial donde los negros y los verdes son los protagonistas de toda la vivienda. Cabe destacar la cocina de color verde con gran isla perfecta para salir en pantalla o fotografía. El espacio destaca por su luz debido a su gran ventanal de 3m completamente abatible integrando la terraza con el salón, siendo una de las joyas de la vivienda y con orientación sur. Además cuenta con una terraza con vistas a edificios también históricos. Rincones que hacen que tanto tus fotos como videos sean especiales.
