Cuenta con aire acondicionado, wifi, sistema de audio, pantalla y flipchart, y se puede dividir con paneles según el tamaño del grupo. Tiene capacidad para hasta 60 personas y encaja con comidas y cenas de celebración, reuniones familiares, cenas de empresa y de Navidad, formaciones, reuniones de trabajo, sesiones de fotos y rodajes.
