Fuera hay un porche con mesa, zonas de césped y de chill out con tumbonas y sombrillas, barbacoa, pista de tenis y, para los niños, una casita de madera y un arenero. Dentro, la casa tiene chimenea, aire acondicionado y calefacción. Hay nevera, baño y aparcamiento gratuito. Encaja con cumpleaños, fiestas infantiles, barbacoas, fiestas de piscina, bautizos, comuniones, baby showers, bodas íntimas, reuniones familiares, celebraciones de empresa y sesiones de fotos.
