Una de las mejores cualidades de esta vivienda es su espacio exterior privado, zona de piscina y tumbonas conectadas con la zona de terraza, en la que disponemos de muebles de exterior y barbacoa, resultando muy cómodo y seguro para que los niños jueguen. Desde la terraza accedemos al salón comedor, en el que disponemos de una zona de relax junto a la chimenea, además de una gran mesa de comedor. Desde el comedor se distribuyen el resto de estancias: una cocina independiente, amueblada y equipada con microondas, horno, lavavajillas, cafetera, vajilla/cuberteria y lavadora.
