Diverse Spaces for a Variety of Events We offers multiple distinct areas, each with its own character and available for individual rental or combined use, accommodating everything from intimate meetings to large-scale events: Space 1, 20sqm: Store Entrance at Calle del Pez - Ideal for product launches and public events. Space 2, 12sqm: Store Entrance at Calle de la Cruz Verde - Perfect for exhibitions and smaller gatherings. Space 3, 12sqm: 1st Floor Office - Suitable for meetings, small workshops, and as a storage option. Space 4, 33sqm: Combination of Space 1 and Space 2 - Offers dual access to both entrances and enhanced flexibility for larger events. Space 5, 45sqm: Entire space - Offers dual access to both entrances, Covers all spaces, ideal for extensive events. Configuration and Flexibility The space is ingeniously divided into two main areas on the ground floor, with Space 1 facing Calle del Pez and Space 2 opening onto Calle de la Cruz Verde. Each space boasts a separate entrance and can be utilized independently or combined into one larger area, separated as needed by a movable wall. The first floor houses a versatile office space, enhancing the functional range of our venue.
