Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: Flexible
The guest can cancel the event 3 days before the event, with no charge (except the HolaPlace service fee).
If the guest cancels the event between 3 days and the day of the event, we refund 50% to the guest.
If the guest cancels the day of the event, we do not refund the guest.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before the event starts.
Security Deposit is always refunded if the reservation is canceled before the event starts.
