With more than 400 unique places in Spain, rent a private rooftop, a terrace, a garden with a pool or an interior space at the best price. A cheaper, more exclusive and more original alternative than a restaurant or a bar! At HolaPlace we connect people who want to enjoy a terrace or private place for an afternoon, with people who have them and want to earn extra money.   • 1) Choose the venue you like the most

    Rooftops, swimming pool, indoor spaces… Find the space that suits your needs. The price covers a 6 hours event. Yes, 6 hours!

  • 2) Chat with the host

    Start chating with the host about your event, it’s free of charge! We advice you to chat with 2 or 3 hosts in order to have plan B and C, just in case!

  • 3) Confirm booking and enjoy 🎊

    Once the host pre-approves your request, you will be able to confirm and block the place through an 100% secure online payment by card or wire transfer.

Yes, it’s safe. Booking a terrace or private place from our platform will give you peace of mind:
– Online payment is made before booking, so the day of the event you will not have to pay anything else. Furthermore, it is 100% secure.
– You are covered by cancellation policies that protect you if you need it.
– You, your guests, your event and the place you book are 100% insured by Seguros Allianz.
– You will have a receipt with important details of the reservation, such as the date, number of guests, event hours, etc … It is the confirmation of your event and the date.
– The HolaPlace team will be available for whatever you need.
– Using the platform, you will create a relationship of trust with other members. You will have at your disposal the reviews of other users about the place, and you will help the host to build a good reputation.

How to contact a host?

As easy as asking for a tie. Enter the listing of the place you want to ook and click “Contact the host”, tell them your plan and they will respond.

When will I receive the response from the host?

The hosts have 24 hours to respond to the messages, however, in each listinf you will see the response rate of the shot. If a host does not respond in 24 hours, enter our customer service chat, and we will help you get a quick response.

Is the date blocked for me when I send a booking request?

No, to block the date of a place you must make the payment on the platform. Although the host has accepted your event, the date will not be confirmed until you make the online payment at HolaPlace.

My event is in less than a week. Is it enough to book a place?

Yes, if your event is in less than a week, enter the customer service chat and we will put you in touch to a person who will help you find and book the place you need. We will do our best to satisfy your need.

Can I negotiate the price with the host?

The prices of the place are set by the hosts and cover a minimum event of 6 hours. If you consider that the price can be negotiable, feel free to ask a discount to the host.

When can I pay my booking request?

If the host accepts your event, you will receive a receipt to make the online payment. At this time, you will also receive a notification by email and SMS informing you that the host pre-approved your booking request. The booking will be 100% confirmed and the date will be blocked once the payment is done. Please keep in mind that the venue is available for other users until the payment process ends. Hurry up 😉

What payment method does HolaPlace accept?

You can pay your reservations with:

– Wire transfer.

How does HolaPlace manage the security deposit?

Most hosts establish a security deposit for their places. To confirm a booking, you must pay the security deposit as well. HolaPlace will retain this security deposit and will return it to you 48 hours (working day) after the end of your event. It may take up to 7 days to reach your account (depending on the bank).
Regarding the hosts, they will have 48 hours after each event to request money from the security deposit in case of a complaint or claim.

Can I cancel a booking request?

To cancel a booking request, you must go to your Control Panel, select «My reservations» and you will find a button «Cancel booking request».

Can I cancel a confirmed and paid booking?

You are free to cancel your reservation whenever you want. You just have to follow these steps:

1 – You must inform HolaPlace by email ( your desire to cancel the reservation, indicating in the email subject the word “cancellation”. In the body of the message you must indicate the information of the host, the reservation number, the location of the place, the day and time of the reservation. No cancellation will be accepted through any other channel than email.
2 – HolaPlace will not verify the reasons that lead you to cancel the reservation.
3 – You must send this email respecting the place cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate or Strict).

What is the cancellation policy?

Flexible cancellation

The guest can cancel their reservation up to three calendar days before the event. No amount will be refunded if this period is not respected. HolaPlace’s service fee will not be refunded. Example: If the event is Saturday the 20th, the guest can cancel the reservation until 23:59 on Tuesday, the 16th.

Moderate cancellation

The guest can cancel their reservation up to nine calendar days before the event. No amount will be refunded if this period is not respected. HolaPlace’s service fee will not be refunded. Example: If the event is Saturday 20th, the guest can cancel the reservation until 23:59 on Wednesday 10th. 3º.

Strict cancellation

The guest can cancel his reservation during the 48 hours following the payment, in which he will refund the entire reservation. Otherwise, no amount will be refunded. In any case, the HolaPlace service fee will not be reimbursed. Example: if on May 1 at 2:30 PM, the guest makes a reservation for Saturday, June 20, he can cancel it until 14.29 on May 3.

What happens if it rains the day of my event?

If you book a terrace, which does not have the characteristic of a protected area from rain, HolaPlace will apply the cancellation policy that the place has. Today you have tools at your disposal to prevent a reservation on a rainy day. However, if the weather surprises you the day of your event, you can propose to the host the possibility of postponing the event for another date (under no circumstances will the host be obliged to do so). If you have doubts, check the weather before booking or choose a place that have options if it’s rains.

Will the owner be here during the reservation?

Yes. Remember that the host will be the person who will help you make your event unique and go well. Each listing has this information visible, and you’ll know it before making a reservation.

Can I access the bathroom?

Yes, of course 🙂

Can I bring my own food and drink to the venue?

Each host is free to allow you to bring your own food and / or drinks. In each listing you will see if this option is available. There are places that make it easy for you and they prepare everything for you. We recommend that you read the information for each place.

How can I leave an review after the event?

We all know that reviews are important. They are a way of assessing the experience lived thanks to the host. Reviews also help other users when choosing a venue for their event. Once your event is finished, in the “My reservations” section of your panel control, you will see a yellow button “leave a review”.
