Decoración de estilo industrial con plantas, alfombras, pufs y sofás, y una escalera exterior ambientada con plantas como zona de fumadores (unas siete personas). Ideal para rodajes y sesiones de fotos, presentaciones, reuniones, clases, exposiciones, catas y fiestas privadas. Normas: música a volumen moderado, respeto a los vecinos y civismo en todo momento. El alquiler es por horas para eventos y celebraciones; no incluye pernocta.
